Classic houseboat in the city center of Amsterdam

Houseboat ‘Anna Sjoerdina’ is located in a quiet street in the city center with public transport, cafes, restaurants, museums, touristic hotspots and supermarkets just a few minutes walk down the road. The boat is recently renovated and very modern, luxurious and clean. During your stay you’ll have private access to the left side of the boat(2double rooms, 1 living-room,1 bathroom) There is a couch in the living room; which can be used as a bed.The kitchen is shared, but I’m not at home much. The left side of the boat is entirely private for guests. Here you’ll find two bedrooms with a double bed each, a living-room (which can serve as a bedroom in case someone wants to have a private room) and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bath. The entrance of the boat is through the kitchen. When you walk downstairs you’ll find the guest rooms on the left. Outside the boat you can use the terrace with a picnic table and a parasol. You can call, text or e-mail me anytime with questions in Dutch or English, I’ll be happy to answer them. The houseboat lies on a typical Dutch canal in a very unique street in the city center (close to central train-station). In the street you’ll find no houses, but just houseboats. This makes it a nice and quit street, while you can find busy and touristic Amsterdam just around the corner. For a real Dutch experience rent a bicycle (a 5 minute walk). You can visit most places by 30min. walk or 10minutes by bike. It sounds far, but you’ll be surprised how fast it feels going from a to b. Because there’s lots to see during the way. The other great option is taking the tram. Amsterdam has lots to offer. I’m available to make some personal recommendations if you’d like.
